However like most of us, I have not a dime to spare. So as my way of trying to help the poor when being poor. The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403 Most likely causes: This website requires you to log in. What you can try: Go back to the previous page. More information This error (HTTP 403 Forbidden) means that this program was able to connect to the website, but it does not have permission to view the webpage.

Posts: 35 Group: Members Member #289 Joined: Feb 23, 2008	Are you useing AOL? Those who seem to get this message, I have found out. Are using AOL. If that is the case. There isn't much I can do to help. Except suggest that you try on a computer that does not use it. Good-Luck!
