INVITATION TO ALL TAYLOR HICKS FANS TAYLOR HICKS MUSIC NIGHT Where: NFF Listening Party (Paltalk Chat Room) Date: Saturday March 20th 2010 Times * EST - 9:00 PM * CST - 8:00 PM * MST - 7:00 PM * PST - 6:00 PM New Found Freedom (Griz's Board) extends this invitation to All Taylor Hicks Fans that want to participate. We hope this will be a night to enjoy Taylor’s music and to have a good open discussion of what his music means to you. The room name is NFF Listening Party. I will open the room next weekend on March 6th around 7:30 PM EST for everyone to come in to get a feel for the room and the how to’s of using the room. All you need to have to participate is your Computer and Speakers (turned on) And the following FREE software downloaded ….Please follow the instructions below for the download……. For those who participated in the Workplay or High Noon Saloon Paltalk Chat Certs last year you will not have to do anything because you are already registered with Paltalk and I already have your registered name! Although it would be nice to let me know that you plan on attending by posting in this thread. Instructions are as follows: Go here to download the software you will need: http://www.paltalk.com/download_auto.shtml All you need is the free Paltalk Basic. That’s what you get with the download button on the link page above. Once you’ve downloaded and installed Paltalk on your computer, register for an account. ( try to use the screen name you use on your boards, it will make it easier for everyone to know you) (Example: I registered as Susiefortay) You’ll receive an email at the address you used when registering. Be sure to click the link in that email to verify your account. Once you have done this you will see on your Computer Desk Top 2 icons we only use the Blue One (that says Paltalk Scene)! Click on the blue icon and sign on to Paltalk….after you are signed on you will see a long white vertical box that says Basic at the top….go all the way to the bottom of this box and you will see a search box… In the search box type NFF Listening Party and click on the magnifying glass. It will bring up a listing for our room (NFF Listening Party) and if you double click on it, you should be able to access the room. (the NFF Listening Party Room will only show up when I have it open on March 6th & March 20th) I will need everyone to let me know the name they registered with Paltalk….the reason for this sign up list is because when NFF Listening Party Room is open it shows up in Paltalk Chartrooms and ANYONE can enter the room. We don’t want just anyone roaming around the internet to join us….THIS ROOM IS FOR TAYLOR HICKS FANS (If you are not on the list and no one knows you or your screen name you will be “Bounced” from the room)…this is for all our protection and privacy. This is why the Admin – (Susiefortay, Griz & Tish) will have the list and will check to see who is coming into the room. We want everyone to have a good time and to enjoy there experience in the room. I will post this on all boards that I’m a member and will check each board to see if anyone is signed up for the music night….just post your name in this thread on your board and I will see that you are on the list for March 20th. You can also PM me! This is open to ALL Taylor Hicks Fans so everyone is invited to participate…I know that I’m not a member of all Taylor Hicks boards so if you do not see this posted on your board or blog then please feel free to post it…..as I said this is for ALL Taylor Hicks Fans!!!
