   Yep-he's still lining his pockets, providing himself with another outlet if touring and live shows get to be too much of a strain on his body (perish the thought but realistically one day it will happen)-PLUS it will throw him into the business end of "the biz" where he will have greater chances to push open previously closed doors, knock a few down himself, and all the while keep on lining his pockets with the green-kaching kaching-and laughing all the way to the bank!!AND-it will get him on the awards shows and up for songwriter if MYS should "hit"-and we all get to see him get an award and America gets to see his gorgeous face on TV- And maybe some of those fans who are still asking "Whatever happened to that gray headed guy" will finally know!! Methinks this gorgeous Alabama "hunk o' junk" (trust me-its a compliment!!) is just a tad bit smarter than folks think-but then we all know that don't we girls???

It just feels strange to have someone else record his song when he can sing it just fine himself. Why did he record it if he was only going to pass it on. Usually people who let others sing their songs is because they can't sing very well themselves. I will never understand the whole radio backlash of Taylor. It is sad to think that the same song sung by someone else can get radio play but not Taylor's version. It may look bad if someone else has a hit with it and not him when he recorded it first. He seems really excited about it so I am sure he knows what he is doing but I would prefer to hear his beautiful voice! |

[ Actually it may look good if someone else records MYS and it becomes a hit. He is recognized as a solid songwriter and more people will check him out and listen to HIM sing MYS and that is all GOOD. I prefer Taylor's voice too, but I would buy the other version just to help him become a known commodity. ( Probably won't listen to it, but I will buy it LOL ) |

With everything said, I'd like to see 'Who' this mystery person is. Taylor is an intelligent businessman & no doubt, he has given this MUCH thought! These 'teasers' just drive us crazy, though!
